- Hyper-organized and deadline-obsessed
- Proven experience managing remote teams and fast-moving projects
- Confident in tools like Notion, ClickUp, Slack, and Sheets
- Excellent communicator in both Italian and English
- Bonus: background in direct response or e-commerce
